I thought a lot and even interviewed Subbie!! HAHAHA. I’ve more or less came to a decision:

I AM GOING TO POLYTECHNIC. SINGAPORE POLYTECHNIC. BIOMEDICAL SCIENCE.

How’s that? 😉  There are many things I considered when I made this decision. Here’s a brief… what do you call that? Explanation?:

Advantages for Polytechnic:

  • No Chinese required
  • L1R4 doesn’t need humanities which I suck at
  • I get to ENJOY!! cause I love polytechnic life — projects, specialised area
  • I can study my interest! Biomedical Science!
  • More freedom/free time
  • More self-studying
  • No need to worry about As

Disadvantages for Polytechnic:

  • 3 years
  • I’m not very fashionable. HAHA
  • Need to work very hard [don’t mind though. :P]
  • May meet people who are not willing to contribute for projects?
  • A LOT of lectures! hahaha.
  • Smaller chance of getting into a university [at least NUS or NTU]

Advantages for JC:

  • 2 years
  • Same attire — uniform
  • A lot of fun people?
  • Very active CCAs
  • Higher chance of getting into a university [at least a local one]

Disadvantages for JC:

  • May have to take Chinese if I didn’t do well in Higher Chinese
  • L1R5 needs humanities which I suck at
  • Have to study subjects that I dislike. ><
  • Lesser projects, not specialised in an area
  • Lesser freedom/free time
  • A lot of homework. >> lesser time to self-study
  • Have to worry about As

Yup. There. My reasons for choosing a polytechnic and not a JC. As for my choice of Singapore Polytechnic, it’s because they are best in Biomedical Science among the 5 polytechnics. I go for the best. 🙂  Don’t want to screw up my school life again. hehe.

When I go to SP, I’ll study very hard. Self-study like mad, read up on my own, prepare myself for quizzes, make use of my free time, and I WILL NOT FOOL AROUND and WASTE TIME. Yup. I MUST score a GPA of 3.5 and above.

You know what? A GPA of 3.5 and above may be hard, but I don’t believe I can’t do it!! :D:D:D
